In case the last name didn't tell you. He is a thinking; feeling; job holding balloon. He is a delivery guy with gravity as a constant adversary. The wind don't like him much either. Pretty reliant on good air current. Quiet guy who just wants to go through life as easily as possible. For a helium fueled balloon, Bob has a voice.

Wears a hat which is screwed on. His long string functions as a hand allowing him to eat; drink and grabs a tank of helium occasionally. Yeah, the string instinctively shapes into a hand. Carries an emergency inhaler for those times he loses height. No feet to catch his fall, just a rear sort of.

By the way, Bob keeps his inhaler in his bowler hat. Why a bowler? its weighed down enough so Bob doesn't float into space and freeze his back side. Bob deals with birds; bees and anything else that is sharp. See how the bowler plays another hand in protection? Clever. Bob can speak but very helium accented. Has a phobia for those things. Shock. Gets smacked against trees; planes; buildings and an occasional giant or two.

Never has to worry about finding a chair to sit. Just place to tie down for a while as he doesn't come with a butt.
