H.C. STANDRACK
Created and Drawn by Crazy Man
Inspired by Karl 'The Brain' Lewis
In the middle of everywhere, there was a house. A house that had been changed and added on to over generations. Time eroded the house into nothing but a door that leads into the former house. No one lives inside except for the memories. Memories and a eclectic gathering of knick knacks. Did anyone realize that memories can talk.
Yes, only if those memories have a will to be heard. Sparking together to form a soul made of yesterdays. Those voices, that makeshift soul, needs a housing. A body to keep it safe. What to look like? Ideal to choose one outer appearance. Hoarded novelties may not be so ideal in building blocks but beggars can not be choosers. Right? A good place to start is a coat rack.
Two pairs of shoes; two pairs of gloves; a long coats; scarf; a pair sunglasses; broken bat; broken pole; two broken canes; wig and hat that can be worn by a hat. This is H.C. (Hat Coat) Standrack. Wobbles back and forth to walk with a bird head stick giving a little help to balance. After all, he has four legs to match the four pegs along the stand rack.
The broken assortments for the arms with duct tape and will. The glasses are connected to nothing and still he can see. No nerve ending buy there is feeling. Random items are found within and without the long coat to keep boredom away. A series of sponges rest inside the hat head to form a thought mechanism to speak in a low raspy tone. H.C. Standrack is a detective sort who uses knowledge not his own to assist in fixing matters not his own.
If someone comes knocking on his orphaned door for help, he may assist. He must be invited to step out of his home carrying only the door knob that will allow Standrack's door to return when time. The Door of Standrack is likely to show anywhere. After ages of writing memories of others it is time for him to write new chapters. He carries a empty book in his coat to write his own memories to find his own life.
