HORATIO

Created & Drawn by Crazy Man
Inspired by Crazy Man's Insulin Pump

RELATIONSHIP:
Barnsy's other life partner

OCCUPATION:
Insulin Pump. 24/7 job with no coffee breaks. Paranoid and stressed about the workings of the pelican known as Barnsy. Checking charts and planning ahead to anticipate all possibilities.

DISTINGUISHED ANOMALY:
Mute but communicates with beeps and chirps.

LIKES:
Though he does enjoys the sounds of binary numbering. Checking his charts and planning ahead to anticipate what Barnsy might need.

DIET:
Eats batteries but no need for hydration. In fact, bad for Horatio health as he is 90 percent machine.

DESCRIPTION:
Barnsy likes to refer to himself as a mutant cyborg. That is because he is a type 1 diabetic. Yes, even here diseases exist. Anyway, this requires a mechanical assistance is the form of Horatio. That is why we will rarely see him.

He communicates to Barnsy with beeps and chirps. Strictly as a work requirement to remind Barnsy to eat and checks his blood sugar on a constant schedule. Horatio is a bit neurotic that way.
