Percival Ignatius Guin, a shy little penguin who tends to be on the fussy side when it comes to a procedure that shapes his entire life. Loves books and hates technology. Carries a pocket watch, checking regularly with his numerous schedules to be sure he is not behind whatever plans are on for the day. Rarely speaks unless necessity demands him not to write a note. Likes cosplaying and role playing games.

Will avoid all tech if possible. Wears polished brown shoes, a handkerchief in his suit along with a white shirt with bright buttons and a bow tie. This is how Percival dresses every day without fail. The one thing that never comes off, if so briefly, is his brown hat. The hat is very important to Percival.
