A sly con artist who is always cooking up a scheme. Not very clever but thinks he is the king of the angle. Always trying to sell a pitch that is nothing but empty air with bits of junk dressed up to make a quick buck. A brand of imagination to match his faster then light mouth. Back stories to go with names in a heart beat. Money smell lovely when you want some. Friends, unfortunately, tend to have a short battery life for the of rat.

A permanent smile which will stay on even when the stutter breaks free. Blinking is required at some point which breaks up the smooth vocal of a pitch. A storyteller Ratabatacat is not. How can you tell? His voice squeaks the farther he drives from the truth in his beater of car that was 'borrowed'. Not even sure if he is really a natural orange. The only change he carries are old buttons with cash drawn by him. An artist he is not. Be ready to pick up the check if you eat with him. Not a cheap date. Information is never free.

Much of the time he gets a way with his neck in tact. A reputation that will need a new coat of fake over it. Equal parts rat; cat and bat. Unfortunately the worse part of each distinction. Word to the potential wise, don't accept checks from this guy. They will most likely be post dated hundred years from now in a forged signature with a name that isn't even close to being real.
