SURPRISER

Serial number #SU-PRY-1ZR, known as Surpriser. He is a robot with a bucket for a body; a zipper in the front; bike lights as eyes; mechanical arms and a big wheel as feet. Why the zipper? Simple, it opens a compartment full of tools and things in between. He was not born, but switched on sometime ago. Surpriser is green for no other reason but he was built into a randomly pea soup color bucket. Probably a side hobby by his 'dad'. Do robots have a gut? Hmmmmmmmmm.

The arms can convert into simple tools since he is handy man. Besides being a robot, Surpriser can grow facial hair. Right under the chin. Wears a knit cap as he gets cold. Also the cap prevent, sometimes, various flying critters from using Surpriser's noggin as a perch. A flat top can very tempting to put down roots so to speak. Has a good credit standing with local tire shop. Can never be sure when rolling on a errant nail. Onlu needs one at a time, but keeping a spare does come in handy.

The back rockets don't work great. Steady cruise glitches into a halt or full maximum speed right into wall. No nose but somehow Surpriser can smell paper. Especially if that paper is comic book paper. Big fan of comic books; toys still in the box and sports cards.  

Sells collectibles if they are worth good money and serves no sentimental value to himself. Lives in an old locker full of the essentials: small TV; can of fluid; selected choice screws and other mechanical bits and pillow/blanket. Beside restoration in a private enterprise, Surpriser likes sports. Mainly baseball and hockey. Always up to bestow a bit of advice. Toss in some jokes off the top of his head. Likes a good laugh but gets annoyed. Always ready for a barbecue.
