10.Secret Squirrel - 'Atom Ant/Secret Squirrel Show' (1965) : Purple bucket hat with eye holes - Think of James Bond if he was a 2 dimensional squirrel that was created by Hanna-Barbara. Add a white trench coat and a purple spy hat that covers the eyes and possesses endless amount of gadgets. With his sidekick, Morocco Mole, Secret Squirrel is sent on ridiculous missions for the good of all mankind. And the way they save the day is equal amount of intentional and accidental collapse of a plan that worked out anyway. 9.Chilly Willy (1953): Knit red/white striped cap - A little child like penguin who rarely speaks, but is guided for the most part by his love of fish. Or sometime, his want to stay warm as he sneezes. 8.The Smurfs: 'The Smurfs (1982): Baggy white phrygian hat - They are three apples high; blue; and the majority of the population wear white pants and white hat that flop forwards. Yes each may have a quality that alters the look to some point, but still interchangeable in most cases. Add an adjective to the front of smurf and you got a typical smurf name. 7.Scooby Dum - 'Scooby Doo Show' (1976): Red fedora with the brim up in the front - Scooby Doo's dim witted cousin who doesn't know he should be scared of monsters. Wants to be a detective. Dum looks like Scooby Doo except for being grey and buck toothed. 6.Atom Ant - 'Atom Ant/Secret Squirrel Show' (1965): White Golf Ball sized helmet - He is mirco size and wears a helmet and a orange sweater with a big 'A' on it. Super speed; slight and strength to just name a few. A command center that is a ant hill. But above all else he has a lovely catch phrase, 'Up And Atom, Atom Ant!' Brilliant. 5.Scrooge Mcduck (1947): Black Top Hat with a red band - The richest duck in the world who loves adventures as much as he loves family. Grouchy; very old and penny pinching, he is one of the toughies. 4.Orko - 'He-Man and The Masters of the Universe' (1983): Red Wizard's Hat - A little wizard from Trolla. A big 'O' on his red robe with his eyes poking out of the shadows of a big hat with his blue ears popping out of the top. He is a bag air with no legs. Powerful wizard where he came from until he crossed dimensions to Eternia where it never works right. 3.Cyber Six - 'Cyber Six' (1999): Black Fedora - Genetically created bio human who hunts down monsters in a small town. Decked out in black with a cape and hat. She hides as a male teacher in a school during the day but require the serum that gives life to the monsters she hunts. 2.Darkwing Duck - 'Darkwing Duck' (1991): Purple Fedora - He is a superhero without powers. Hat; coat; cape; gadgets; mass all in purple. Ego driven but good none the less. Darkwing Duck is a smart mouth, using this skill when facing an enemy. He messes up at times, but somehow saves the day by the skin of teeth. Think of Batman having a baby that is a duck with a slap stick streak. 1.Inspector Gadget - 'Inspector Gadget' (1983) : Light-gray or tan trilby hat - Gadget is a police inspector but is fairly nit witted. The hat goes with a suite; blue tie and grey trench coat to finish the look. I believe he is meant to be a cyborg as his whole body appears to filled with gadgets. Most originated from his hat that comes off. Gadget's Niece, Penny, and dog, Brain solve the crimes but the gadgets allow Gadget to save the day, by accident of course.
