This is a peculiar one. I did not intend for Leo to be able to sit down, but the shell design kind of made it a reality. Unfortunately, this guy cannot stand up at all on his own. Created for a friend from school, Dom. Huge fan of this turtle and the guy actually was the voice of the character for video games and briefly in the animated show from Nickelodeon.UGH
This was my first attempt and was purposely designed to be small. More simplistic to see how to improve it.
A beautiful warrior with no powers by compassion and the will to act.

My daughter fixed the hair of the first attempt thus creating the exact look of season 23's Sixth Doctor. Same costume. EEK.
By the time of his second season as Doctor Who, Tom Baker had transitioned to a grey longer coat along with a darker hat. To look more eccentric I believe.
Colin Baker start out season 22 with a shorter mop of hair with the costume staying the run of the Sixth Doctor's time.
