A baby from Hell who was raised by the Ally power of World War 2 at Area 51. There he grew up to stand against evil and investigate the supernatural.

'The Clown Prince of Crime'. The throne in Batman's side. The twisted sicko who thinks chaos is funny. A monster that can never truly die.

My own creation based on a character I made up when I was about 5 years old. Originally I called him, Power-Man, but the look and name evolved into something more fantasy then superhero.

Played by Paul McGann. A dashing adventurer who admits that he is half human, on his mother's side.
